Download Application Documents and read through Application Guidebook carefully, any questions towards application forward to cooperation@lunchforchildren.org

Submit TWO digital versions of all application forms to: application@lunchforchildren.org

Receive a confirmation email of receiving application documents

If passed the first review, school will be asked to provide a proposal related to implementation details
Review, reach agreement and appropriation

Update all application forms and agreements for school management team to review and evaluate

Sign agreement with field staff and submit original documents to head office

Start purchase materials after receiving fund

Appropriate free lunch fund for testing phase

Post expenditure of free lunch fund on social media on a daily basis for supervision and examination

Implement Free Lunch for Children credit rating system and program monitoring

Two staffs from Free Lunch for Children will visit the applicant to evaluate local situation and discuss detailed agreement
